# S-king executive Zhou Erqing plans to increase his holdings in the company by 2.88 million to 4 million yuan

According to the announcement from ShenKeda (688328.SH), based on confidence in the company's future sustainable and stable development and recognition of the long-term investment value of the company's stock, as well as the requirements of the equity transfer agreement signed by the company's senior management Mr. Zhou Erqing with Shenzhen Xianma Technology Co., Ltd., Zhou Erqing intends to increase his holdings of the company's shares within six months starting from September 10, 2025, using his own funds or self-raised funds, through methods permitted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system (including but not limited to centralized bidding and block trading, etc.). The total amount intended for increase is not less than RMB 2.88 million and not more than RMB 4 million
