Longhua New Material announced that the company's non-independent director and vice chairman, Ms. Qi Chunqing, has applied to resign from her positions as non-independent director and vice chairman due to internal work adjustments. After her resignation, Ms. Qi Chunqing will still serve as the deputy general manager and chief financial officer of the company. The company will hold a staff representative assembly on September 9, 2025, to elect Mr. Xue Ronggang as the employee representative director of the fourth board of directors, with a term ending on the expiration date of the fourth board of directors' term. Mr. Xue Ronggang will join the current non-employee representative directors of the fourth board of directors to form the fourth board of directors of the company
