SY Science & Technology announced that its shareholder Guojiao Beidou Technology Investment Group Co., Ltd. will reduce its holdings of 1.6733 million shares of the company through centralized bidding from August 21, 2025, to September 8, 2025, accounting for 0.403222% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price range is between 9.97 and 11.06 yuan per share, with a total reduction amount of 17.5586 million yuan. After the reduction, the shareholder will hold 20.7491 million shares, accounting for 4.999999% of the total shares, and will no longer be a shareholder with more than 5% ownership. The original plan was to reduce no more than 4.1498 million shares, accounting for 1%
