# DBN Group: The controlling shareholder and actual controller Shao Genhuo plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2% of the company's shares

DBN Group announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Shao Genhuo, holds 977,200,026 shares of the company, accounting for 22.73% of the company's total share capital. He plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 85,607,400 shares, accounting for 1.99% of the company's total share capital, through block trading and centralized bidding trading methods within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement. The reason for the reduction is to lower financing leverage, and the sources of shares include shares purchased through centralized bidding, shares increased due to equity distribution, and shares held before the initial public offering
