# Dongzhu Ecological Environment Protection plans to acquire 89.49% of KaiRuiXingTong's shares to enter the satellite communication and space information technology field

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dongzhu Ecological Environment Protection (603359.SH) announced that the company intends to purchase a total of 89.49% of the shares of KaiRuiXingTong Information Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "KaiRuiXingTong") held by 20 trading counterparts including Shi Yan and Li Jianghua through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. The company's stock will resume trading on September 10, 2025 (Wednesday) at the market opening.

The target company is a high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the research, design, and production of satellite communication technology and systems, with main products including satellite communication baseband products, satellite communication terminal products, satellite communication network management systems, and satellite application systems. Upon completion of this transaction, the listed company will achieve a strategic transformation, entering the field of satellite communication and spatial information technology, creating a second growth curve, accelerating the transition to new productive forces, increasing new profit growth points, and further enhancing the listed company's sustainable profitability
