# Semi-steel tires exported at a record high in July, and August may continue at a high level

In July, China's semi-steel tire exports performed strongly, with an export volume of 325.92 thousand tons, a month-on-month increase of 16.78% and a year-on-year increase of 7.21%, setting a historical record for monthly export volume. According to Zhuochuang Information, August remains the tariff window period for the European Union, and Chinese semi-steel tire companies are still experiencing a surge in exports, which is expected to significantly boost exports for Chinese semi-steel tire companies. Meanwhile, tire markets in Africa and South America are still in a growth phase, and Chinese semi-steel tire companies are actively developing these markets. The export performance of semi-steel tires in August is expected to maintain a high level, providing substantial support for overall sales
