# SACA: Plans to use reserve funds to cover a loss of 1.538 billion yuan

SACA announced that the company plans to use a surplus reserve of RMB 26.9286 million and a capital reserve of RMB 1.511 billion, totaling RMB 1.538 billion, to offset the accumulated losses of the parent company. Creditors may request the company to repay debts or provide corresponding guarantees within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice, or within 45 days from the date of the announcement if they have not received the notice
