# SING TAO Cai Jin resigns as executive director and co-CEO, Guo Xiaoting becomes the sole CEO of the company

SING TAO **(1105)** announced that Cai Jin will resign as the company's executive director and co-CEO, effective September 10, 2025, due to the need to devote more time to personal matters.

The company stated that following Cai Jin's resignation, he will also cease to serve as the authorized representative under the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance. He has confirmed to the board that there are no disagreements with the board and no other matters related to his resignation that require the attention of the company's shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Following Cai Jin's resignation, Guo Xiaoting will continue to serve as the company's sole CEO
