JLY Group: Shareholder Wu Yuhua terminates the agreement to transfer 5.32% of the company's shares

JLY Group announced that Ms. Wu Yuhua, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, has terminated the "Share Transfer Agreement" signed with the "Kangli No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund" represented by Shenzhen Gaoshen Asset Management Co., Ltd. The 23,015,800 shares that Ms. Wu Yuhua originally planned to transfer, accounting for 5.32% of the company's total share capital, have not completed the share transfer procedures. The termination of this agreement will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not affect the company's governance structure or ongoing operations
