# Zhonghang Shangda: Director Li Aimin resigns due to internal work adjustments

Zhonghang Shangda announced that the company's director Li Aimin has resigned due to internal work adjustments, but will continue to serve as the chief engineer after his resignation. At the same time, the company's third second employee representative assembly elected Zheng Xianfeng as the employee representative director of the second board of directors, with a term until the end of the second board's term. Zheng Xianfeng previously served as a process engineer and technical section chief at Fushun Special Steel's special metallurgy plant, and has been the chief process engineer of Zhonghang Shangda since December 2020
