LANCY announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing LANCY Medical Management, intends to acquire a 67.5% controlling stake in Chongqing Time from Boheng No. 2 for a cash consideration of 92.475 million yuan. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. Chongqing Time is a hospital specializing in medical beauty services, with an operating area of 5,600 square meters, located in Yubei District, Chongqing. Chongqing Time has multiple operating rooms and wards, providing high-quality medical beauty services. Upon completion of the transaction, Beijing LANCY Medical Management will hold a 67.5% equity stake in Chongqing Time, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This acquisition will help enhance the operational scale and profitability of the company's medical beauty business
