On the same day, the first meeting of the 12th Board of Directors reviewed and approved the proposal to elect the chairman of the 12th Board of Directors, the proposal to appoint senior management personnel, and others. The 12th Board of Directors consists of 9 directors and will serve a term of three years. The new general manager is Huang Peiguo, with deputy general managers including Guo Qiang, Liu Yuanhong, Zhou Jiaping, Deng Wei, and Peng Ke, the financial director is Liu Yuanhong, and the board secretary is Lin Yi
