# GETO shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, GETO (300986.SZ) announced that one of the actual controllers, Zhoushan Zhiyi, Zhuhai Zhitong, and Zhuhai Zhicheng plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.1197 million shares, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. At the same time, the company's director Guo Fengxia plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5,947 shares, accounting for 0.0014% of the company's total share capital
