# The actual controller of CHENGTIAN WEIYE and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.96% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CHENGTIAN WEIYE (300689.SZ) announced that the actual controller, Mr. Feng Xueyu, who holds more than 5% of the shares, and his concerted actor, Ms. Feng Chengtian, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.4187 million shares within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement (from October 10, 2025, to January 9, 2026, excluding the period prohibited from reduction according to the relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange), accounting for 2.96% of the company's issued shares (2.98% of the total share capital after excluding the company's repurchased shares)
