According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BAIRUN CORPORATION (002568.SZ) announced that Mr. Liu Xiaodong, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, intends to transfer 63 million shares of the company's unrestricted circulating shares to Mr. Liu Jianguo, accounting for 6.01% of the company's total share capital, with a transfer price of 1.47 billion yuan. This equity change will not result in a change of control of the company, and Mr. Liu Xiaodong will remain the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company
