Koal redeemed 30 million yuan of wealth management products in advance, earning 225,000 yuan in profit

Koal Software Co., Ltd. announced that on June 6, the company used RMB 30 million of raised funds to subscribe to CITIC Securities Co., Ltd.'s "Antai Baoying Series 1078 Income Certificate." This product was originally scheduled to mature on September 10, 2025, but was terminated early due to an early termination event triggered on the observation date of a certain month on the 8th of 2025. The company has recovered the principal of RMB 30 million and earnings of RMB 225,000, which have been returned to the special account for raised funds. As of the announcement date, the company has used RMB 150 million of the cash management quota of raised funds, with an unused quota of RMB 40 million, and there are no overdue unrecovered situations for products purchased with temporarily idle raised funds
