# JSSMDL completed the registration of the first grant of stock options for 2025, totaling 7.7953 million shares

Jiangsu JSSMDL Co., Ltd. announced the results of the initial grant of the 2025 stock option incentive plan. August 19, 2025, was determined as the initial grant date, granting 7.7953 million stock options to 61 incentive recipients, with an exercise price of 26.47 yuan per share. On September 11, the initial grant registration work was completed. The incentive plan has a maximum validity period of no more than 60 months, with a waiting period of several months from the date of completion of the grant registration, and the exercise date begins 12 months after the completion of the authorization registration. The company used the Black-Scholes model to calculate the total value of the initially granted stock options at 33.8706 million yuan. It is estimated that, without considering the incentive effect, the expense amortization will have an impact on net profit each year, but the extent is not significant; if considering the positive effect, the performance improvement will exceed the increase in expenses
