ASEM announced that its shareholder Ningbo Ailong Venture Capital Partnership reduced its holdings by 906,900 shares through block trading from September 3 to September 8, 2025, accounting for 1.03% of the company's total share capital; from September 9 to September 11, it further reduced its holdings by 200,000 shares through block trading and 356,000 shares through centralized bidding, bringing its total holdings with concerted actors down to 4,406,700 shares, accounting for 4.999998%, no longer qualifying as a shareholder with more than 5% ownership
