# Jilin OLED plans to raise nearly 300 million to invest in the PSPI project and supplement liquidity

In September 2025, Jilin OLED Technology Co., Ltd. released a feasibility analysis report on the issuance of stocks to specific targets through a simplified procedure to raise funds. The company plans to raise no more than 299.8621 million yuan, of which 239.8621 million yuan will be used for the OLED display core material PSPI material production base project, and 60 million yuan will be used to supplement working capital. The construction period for the PSPI project is three years, and upon completion, it will enhance the mass production capacity of PSPI materials, alleviate domestic reliance on imported materials, and meet downstream market demand. The supplementary working capital will meet business development needs and optimize the capital structure. This fundraising will strengthen the company's capacity layout, enhance competitiveness, and although it may dilute earnings indicators in the short term, it will enhance profitability and sustainable development capabilities in the long run
