Ministry of Natural Resources: Improve the comprehensive evaluation policy system for industrial land based on "per mu performance"
Kong Weidong, Director of the Department of Natural Resource Development and Utilization of the Ministry of Natural Resources, stated at the State Council's regular policy briefing on September 11 that a pilot program for comprehensive reform of market-oriented allocation of factors will be carried out. One of the exploratory contents in some pilot areas is to innovate the supply of industrial land, establish and improve the market supply system such as long-term leasing, leasing before transfer, and flexible term supply; support reasonable conversion of different types of industrial land; explore mixed industrial land supply and list management systems, and promote the "standard land" model supply for industrial land; ensure the land demand for new industries and new business formats; and improve the comprehensive evaluation policy system for industrial land based on "average output per mu."
