# EV-Tech: Yangtze River Nio Industrial Fund plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 3% of the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EV-Tech (301607.SZ) announced that its shareholder Hubei Changjiang Nio New Energy Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Hubei Changjiang Nio New Energy Industry Development Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Changjiang Nio Industry Fund") plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 4.6626 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's current total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from October 13, 2025, to January 12, 2026)
