# TRS: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 0.5% of the company's shares

TRS announced that its shareholder, Dongxin Keda, who holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.3681 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, accounting for 0.5% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is to recover the returns from the invested company to support the construction and development of Beijing Information Science and Technology University. The shares to be reduced are those acquired before the company's initial public offering. The reduction period is from October 13, 2025, to January 12, 2026. The reduction price will be determined based on the secondary market price and trading method at the time of reduction, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
