ST Zhongzhuang: "Zhongzhuang Conversion 2" will stop conversion on September 19, reminding investors to pay attention to risks

Shenzhen Zhongzhuang Construction Group Co., Ltd. announced that the last conversion date for "Zhongzhuang Convertible Bond 2" is September 18, 2025, and from September 19, bondholders will no longer have the right to convert. In April 2021, the company issued 1.16 billion yuan of "Zhongzhuang Convertible Bond 2," which began trading in May. Due to the company's court ruling for reorganization and the implementation of delisting risk warnings on its stock trading, the bondholders' meeting decided to stop the conversion period. After the market closes on September 18, holders who have not converted can declare unsecured ordinary claims, which will be settled together with other ordinary claims, with the immediate repayment ratio likely being small and the actual repayment time uncertain. The company has set up three consultation hotlines to remind investors to pay attention to risks and invest rationally
