According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Focuslight (688167.SH) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 3.6 million restricted shares to incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 4.01% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of this incentive plan draft. Among them, 3.24 million shares will be granted in the first grant. The total number of incentive recipients proposed in this incentive plan is 94, with a grant price (including reserved portion) of no less than 120.80 yuan/share
