On September 12, 2025, JINFEI KAIDA announced that the board of directors held a meeting and approved the proposal on "Adjusting the construction investment scale of certain fundraising projects and concluding them, and permanently supplementing working capital with the surplus raised funds." Based on the actual progress of the company's fundraising investment projects, the board agreed to conclude the "Annual production of 50,000 tons of low-carbon aluminum profiles and products for new energy vehicles technical transformation project" after reducing the construction investment scale, and to permanently supplement working capital with the surplus raised funds of 134 million yuan after conclusion.
