Nanjing Securities announced the implementation of the 2025 mid-term equity distribution. This profit distribution was approved by the board of directors on August 29, 2025, with a total share capital of 3,686,361,034 shares, distributing a cash dividend of 0.05 yuan per share, totaling 184,318,051.70 yuan. The equity registration date is September 18, 2025, and the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date is September 19. Different types of shareholders have different tax policies; individual shareholders and funds holding shares for more than one year are temporarily exempt from individual income tax; QFII and Hong Kong Stock Connect investors are subject to a 10% withholding tax; other institutional investors are not subject to withholding.
