Shiji Information Technology: Wholly-owned subsidiary signs significant contract with Amadeus Hospitality

Shiji Information announced that on September 11, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shiji America signed the "Connection Agreement," "Mutual Agency Agreement," and "Mutual Recommendation Agreement" with Amadeus Hospitality. The "Connection Agreement" involves the API connection between DAYLIGHT PMS and specific products of Amadeus Hospitality, the "Mutual Agency Agreement" authorizes both parties to act as agents for each other's specific products, and the "Mutual Recommendation Agreement" stipulates that both parties will be mutual recommendation partners. The agreements will take effect on September 15, 2025, with an initial term of 5 years. This cooperation will help enhance the competitive advantage of the company's products and accelerate the expansion of its global business
