# Galaxy Magnets plans to acquire 100% equity of Kyoto Longtai, and the stock is suspended from trading

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Galaxy Magnets (300127.SZ) has announced that the company is planning to issue shares and pay cash to acquire assets and raise matching funds. Due to the uncertainties surrounding these matters, in order to protect the interests of investors and avoid significant impacts on the company's securities trading, the company's securities will be suspended from trading starting from September 15, 2025, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, following the company's application.

The target company for this transaction is Sichuan Jingtong Longtai Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jingtong Longtai"). The company intends to acquire 100% equity of the target company through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise matching funds. This transaction will not result in a change of the company's actual controller
