International Composite Materials once fell more than 8% during trading, currently down 5% at 6.84 yuan, with a total market value of 25.79 billion yuan. International Composite Materials announced that its shareholder Shanghai Xinxin Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Yunnan Yunxin Equity Investment Fund Partnership, holding 10.29% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 56.5632 million shares, accounting for 1.50% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the disclosure of this pre-disclosure announcement, specifically from October 14, 2025, to January 13, 2026, through centralized bidding and block trading; it currently holds 388 million shares. The shares to be reduced are from those held prior to the initial public offering, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices
