According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HangKe Technology (688006.SH) announced that its controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Cao Ju intends to participate in the pre-IPO shareholder inquiry transfer, with a total of 18,110,165 shares to be transferred, accounting for 3.00% of HangKe Technology's total share capital; the transferee may not transfer the shares acquired through the inquiry transfer within 6 months after the acquisition
