According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Bromake (301387.SZ) stated that its shareholder Shenzhen Yuxi Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yuxi Venture Capital") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.0675 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding from October 15, 2025, to January 14, 2026
