According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Huayi New Media Cultural Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Luo Xuan as the legal representative. The business scope includes film production; film shooting services; cultural and entertainment agent services; advertising production; investment activities with self-owned funds; and literary and artistic creation, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Beijing Zhongcheng New Media Cultural Technology Co., Ltd. and Huayi Brothers' wholly-owned subsidiary Huayi Brothers Film Co., Ltd
