On September 16th, CHINA HI-TECH announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Lan Tao. Due to the expiration of his labor contract and after mutual agreement with the company, he will not renew the labor contract. Based on this, Lan Tao applied to resign from his positions as a director of the 10th board of directors, general manager, and deputy general manager of the company. After his resignation, Lan Tao will no longer hold any position in the company, and his resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company and the board of directors
