Taizhou Beibu Gulf will purchase 58 box-type transformer units from the company, with a total purchase amount of 14.1148 million yuan. The company will deliver the corresponding equipment on time according to the contract requirements and provide relevant service support. This related party transaction is based on public bidding, adhering to the principles of objective, fair, and just transactions, with no violations of the principle of integrity found, and there are no actions that harm the interests of the company and all shareholders, nor does it adversely affect the company's independence
