HISUN announced that the company has signed an exclusive product licensing and strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Aixin Dawei Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. The company plans to introduce the globally innovative small molecule prodrug AST-3424 developed by Aixin Dawei within the cooperation area. The company will pay Aixin Dawei an upfront payment and will pay milestone payments based on the actual achievement of development milestones, with a total cost not exceeding 240 million yuan. At the same time, the company is conducting strategic cooperation with Aixin Dawei on the AKR1C3 enzyme activation platform
