MAE announced that its major shareholder, Wuxi Tianqi Investment Holding Co., Ltd., will pledge 5.41 million shares, accounting for 12.74% of its holdings and 1.34% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is September 12, 2025, and the pledge expiration date is September 12, 2026. The pledgee is HUAXI Securities, and the purpose of the pledge is to repay debts
