Recently, Zhejiang Taihua New Material Group Co., Ltd. announced the pledge of some shares by its shareholders. As of the announcement date, shareholder South China Investment holds 128,230,200 shares of the company, accounting for 14.40% of the total share capital. This time, 5.5 million shares are pledged to Galaxy Securities for debt repayment, with the pledge period from September 17, 2025, to September 14, 2026. After this pledge, South China Investment has cumulatively pledged 54,000,000 shares, accounting for 42.11% of its holdings and 6.07% of the total share capital. South China Investment and its concerted party Huaxiu Investment together hold 166,020,135 shares of the company, accounting for 18.65% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledge of 91,550,000 shares, accounting for 55.14% of the combined holdings and 10.28% of the total share capital. The shareholding ratio is calculated based on the company's total share capital of 890,292,633 shares as of September 10, 2025
