# After the resignation of the director of Changshu GRKJ, a worker representative director was elected

Recently, Changshu Guorui Technology Co., Ltd. announced that non-independent director Xia Hong resigned from the position of non-independent director of the fifth board of directors due to adjustments in the company's governance structure. After resigning, he will still hold other positions in the company, and the resignation will take effect from the date the company receives the report.
