# Allied shareholder Wu Jing plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.5%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Allied (301419.SZ) announced that its shareholder Mr. Wu Jing plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.8 million shares (accounting for no more than 1.50% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
