Jinggong Integration Technology: Change in sales contract for carbon fiber production line, buyer changed to Jingyi Fiber Industry Co., Ltd

Jinggong Integration Technology announced that on November 23, 2024, the company signed a sales contract numbered ZYJG202441023 with Sichuan Zhongyi Huixin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with a contract amount of 516 million yuan. Recently, the company signed a tripartite agreement with Zhongyi Huixin and Jingyi Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the changes to the aforementioned contract. According to the agreement, the buyer of the contract has been changed from Zhongyi Huixin to Jingyi Fiber Technology. Jingyi Fiber Technology agrees to pay the original contract deposit of 10 million yuan by the end of November 2025. All other terms of the original sales contract remain unchanged
