Vanchip: Zhou Ying reduces holdings by no more than 0.11% of shares

Vanchip announced that the company's director Zhou Ying plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 491,700 shares through centralized bidding from October 17, 2025, to January 16, 2026, accounting for 0.11% of the company's total share capital; director Xin Jing plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 327,800 shares during the same period, accounting for 0.08%; and senior management Zhao Yanping plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 327,800 shares, also accounting for 0.08%. The above shares are all obtained through equity incentives
