# SHANGHAI HAJIME ADVANCED MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY: The shareholding ratio of shareholders and their concerted actions has reached a multiple of 5%

ZHAOMIN Technology announced that its shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Ningbo Baizhao Enterprise Management Partnership and Ningbo Huazhao Enterprise Management Partnership, along with their concerted actors Shanghai Jizhao Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and Shao Xionghui, have cumulatively reduced their holdings by 11,569,500 shares through block trading and centralized bidding, decreasing their shareholding ratio from 59.76% to 55.00%, reaching a multiple of 5%. After this change in equity, the total shareholding ratio of the aforementioned shareholders and their concerted actors decreased from 56.77% to 55.00%, which will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
