According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hanyi (301270.SZ) stated that the company's controlling shareholder Mr. Xie Liqun and his concerted parties Hanyi Tianxia and Hanzhiyuan plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.94 million shares (accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital of the company after excluding the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding or block trading from October 17, 2025, to January 16, 2026
