SSET announced that its holding subsidiary, Shudao Toyota, signed a construction service contract for the hydrogen fuel cell intelligent manufacturing base project - production line technology transformation with Sichuan Road and Bridge Shengtong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The total contract amount, including tax, is 24.6838 million yuan. This transaction is considered a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. The contract duration is 90 days, and the payment cycle includes advance payment, progress payment, settlement payment, and warranty payment. This transaction is beneficial for accelerating the construction and production of the hydrogen fuel cell system production line, positively impacting the company's industrial layout optimization and operational performance improvement
