# Announcement of the Implementation of the 2025 Semi-Annual Equity Distribution Plan for DALIAN INSULATOR

Dalian Insulator Group Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan. The plan is based on the existing total share capital of 439,073,220 shares, minus the 4,279,400 shares in the repurchase special securities account, resulting in a base of 434,793,820 shares. A cash dividend of RMB 0.11 will be distributed for every 10 shares, totaling RMB 4,782,732.02, with no bonus shares or capital increase. The equity registration date is September 25, and the ex-dividend date is September 26. This equity distribution has been approved by the board of directors, and since the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting has authorized it, no further review is required. The company promises that the holdings in the repurchase account will remain unchanged during the equity distribution application period, and the dividends will be distributed to shareholders' accounts on September 26 through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch
