# FENGYUAN provides a guarantee of 250 million for its subsidiary, with the cumulative guarantee ratio reaching 170.20%

Shandong FENGYUAN Chemical Co., Ltd. announced the progress of guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiary. Previously, the company and its subsidiaries were approved for a total of no more than 6.5 billion in new guarantee limits. Recently, the company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Tai'erzhuang Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, providing a maximum joint liability guarantee of 250 million for its wholly-owned subsidiary FENGYUAN Lithium Energy. Due to changes in the asset-liability ratio of FENGYUAN Lithium Energy, the company has allocated an unused guarantee limit of 250 million from other companies for its use. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantee balance of the company and its holding subsidiaries is 2.9095 billion, accounting for 170.20% of the most recent audited net assets, with no guarantees for entities outside the consolidated financial statements or overdue guarantees
