Shenling announced that its shareholder, Zhongcheng Investment, holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings by a total of 2,333,288 shares through block trading from September 3, 2025, to September 17, 2025. After this change in equity, the total shareholding ratio of Zhongcheng Investment and its concerted parties decreased from 45.877% to 45%
