Hanyu Group: Plans to jointly invest in Guangzhou Tianwei Fund with Tianhu Fund and others

Hanyu Group announced that the company will hold the 14th meeting of the fifth board of directors on September 18, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on joint investment with professional investment institutions and related transactions. The company plans to jointly invest in Guangzhou Tianwei Venture Capital Fund Partnership with Guangdong Tianhu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Sanshi Commercial Investment Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Zhongdaxiang Mould Plastic Co., Ltd., Cao Jinfang, Ye Xintang, Feng Rufang, and Guan Jiefeng. The Tianwei Fund aims to raise RMB 22.01 million, of which Hanyu Group will contribute RMB 10 million as a limited partner, accounting for 45.43% of the total contribution
