Recently, Beijing Electronic City High-Tech Group Co., Ltd. received a letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange stating that there are no objections to the non-public issuance of corporate bonds for the company. The company’s non-public issuance of corporate bonds totaling no more than 2.5 billion yuan to professional investors meets the listing transfer conditions of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the exchange has no objections to this. This letter of no objection is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, and the company may issue in installments and handle listing transfer procedures within the validity period and quota.
