# Beijing TYZ General Manager Change, Chen Yanhua Takes Over from Huang Xingliang

On September 19, 2025, the board of directors of Beijing TYZ New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from Chairman and General Manager Huang Xingliang, who resigned from the position of General Manager due to adjustments in work arrangements but will continue to serve as Chairman. Huang Xingliang's original term was set to end on March 16, 2028, and as of the announcement date, he held 569,100 shares of the company. On the same day, the fifth meeting of the third board of directors reviewed and approved the proposal, and after the nomination committee's nomination review, the board agreed to appoint Chen Yanhua as General Manager, with a term consistent with the third board of directors. Chen Yanhua has a rich resume, currently serves as a director of the company, does not hold any shares in the company, and meets the qualifications for the position
